About You Consulting is an NDIS registered service provider who provides Behaviour Intervention and Support Coordination. Janine Allen (owner) has experience working in the industry with people who display behaviour/s of concern or challenging behaviours since 1986. Janine has been developing Positive Behaviour Support Plans (PBSP) since completing training in Assessment and Analysis of Severe and Challenging Behaviour through The Institute of Applied Behaviour Analysis in 2007. Janine has a wealth of knowledge in relation to Restrictive Practices from her years of work as a Senior Practitioner for one of the largest organisations in QLD.
