AdaptCare - North Fitzroy

AdaptCare is a NDIS provider in Victoria that offers experienced mental health support workers. Being a small provider allows us to individualize our care - and allows participants to build a weekly schedule with continuing support workers. AdaptCares support workers are trained and experienced in working with participants with complex mental health diagnosis. We have participants with psychosocial, intellectual disabilities, and aquired brain injury among others.
