Care Factor - Support Coordination & Consultation

Care Factor is a South Australian, owner-operated business that services clients in the Adelaide Hills, Murray Bridge, and surrounding areas. We provide Support Coordination Levels 1 & 2 and Psychosocial Recovery Coaching to NDIS participants who's funds are either Plan Managed or Self-Managed. We pride ourselves on forming meaningful connections with our clients and providers, and with previous experience working for State Government and large NGOs, believe we can provide a quality service.
