Community Assist was established to help the people of Australia navigate the NDIS system and the supports that are available in the community.

​We are a team of passionate and caring people from a variety of backgrounds and life experiences. It is with this experience that we are able to assist and guide our clients to work towards achieving and maintaining their life goals.
