Community Connecting Illawarra

Community Connecting Illawarra is a person-centred, community-based support service for people with disabilities in the Illawarra region. We offer a variety of services geared towards helping the community welcome people with intellectual disabilities as valued and contributing members of society. Community Connecting: For people interested in exploring hobbies and interests in mainstream, inclusive communities. Living Supports: We offer living supports for people interested in working towards (or already) living in their own home and looking to develop/increase their confidence and skills in various key areas. Support Coordination: Helping people manage and navigate their NDIS funding packages, connecting to services and ensuring those services are providing supports at high quality and efficient level.
