Crosslinks has a local and dedicated team of Support Coordinators with capacity, who have comprehensive knowledge and experience working with the NDIS and their processes. Our Support Coordinators have extensive experience with Complex Disabilities, Mental Health, Alcohol and Other Drugs, CPFS, Justice, Family Violence, Homelessness and Tenancy Support.
