Enable Fitness Centre - Marleston

We support people with a disability to maximise their life through high quality services in our specialist accessible gym. Our exercise physiologists provide individualised exercise programs in one-on-one and small group sessions. Our physiotherapist offers activity based therapy, adaptive Pilates and hydrotherapy in our SA-exclusive hydrotherapy tank. Nutrition assessments/support, and group education classes are also provided by our dietitian.
