My name is Shannon Cook and I am the owner of this independent service offering Support coordination and Psychosocial recovery coaching for all ages.I am a Registered nurse with over 21 years experience. Additionally I have a child with Autism (PDA profile) and ADHD. Our goal is to help you utilise your plan to the best of our capabilities, resource where you feel overwhelmed and aide in psychosocial recovery. We are down to earth and non-judgemental and approachable.
