My Care Provider - Yarrawonga

Our team of Occupational Therapist & Allied Health Assistants, support participants with diverse needs, including those with a primary diagnosis of Psychosocial (Mental Health), high-functioning Autism, and mild to moderate Intellectual Disability (including Acquired Brain Injury). Some of the services that My Care Provider offers includes Functional Capacity Assessments, Home & Living Assessments, STA/Respite, and ongoing OT & AHA Interventions aimed at capacity-building.
