Independent Support Coordinator with capacity to take on Plan/Self Managed Participants. I have all the usual police clearance, WWC and NDIS Worker Screening. I am extremely person focused and am a very hands on SC (always return calls/emails within 24hrs). I take the time with each client to explain their Plans simply so together we can choose what Supports are best suited. I have experience with a broad range of Disabilities and situations and have had some fantastic outcomes!
