Possum Support Services

Possum Support Services - connecting people living with disability to services that make a difference. We provide in home supports, community access and support coordination. Renee and Vanessa have years of lived experience between them. We meet every Participant and support worker so that we can build teams around the Participant. Our goal is to make the connection between the Participant and the support worker stress free. We service Brisbane, Logan, Redlands and Ipswich areas currently.
