SCE Support Coordination is a truly independent support coordination service which services the Sunshine Coast, Gympie and Moreton Bay areas. We are a registered NDIS provider providing support coordination to adults and children (7 years of age and older). We only provide support coordination services so we are able to focus on supporting you to connect with the supports that you need and empower you to live your best life.
