As an NDIS Participant you may be asked for a copy of your NDIS Plan by a provider or Plan Manager. As Plan Managers, it’s important we obtain a copy to ensure your experience with us is as good as it possibly can be, which is why we request a copy when you register with NDSP Plan Managers.
Thankfully, it’s not difficult to download your NDIS Plan via the NDIS Myplace Participant portal, but not everyone knows about it, so we thought we’d offer a quick guide on grabbing a copy of your Plan.
Depending on your internet connection, this process should only take a couple of minutes, so let’s get started!
1: Log in to the MyGov website and choose National Disability Insurance Scheme from the set of “Your services” buttons

2: If you’re a nominee, select the NDIS participant name from the drop down menu at the top labelled “Acting as”. Then, click on the tile that says “Dean’s plan” (we used “Dean Citizen” as an example name to help illustrate). If you’re a Participant, you’ll select “Myself” from the dropdown that says “acting as” at the very top of the page. Your name will appear and more options will display below.
3: If you’re a participant, simply click on “My Plan”, if you’re a nominee the button will instead say “Dean’s Plan”.
4: The next page will have a tile labelled “View My Plan” for Participants or “View Dean’s Plan” for a nominee – click on that.
5: The View My Plan Page appears, and this is where you need to ensure you’re viewing the right plan. If you or the participant have more than one NDIS Plan, use the dropdown menu to select the right one.
6: Once the Plan is loaded, click the button in the top right labelled “Print this plan to PDF” and your plan will download automatically in a new window where you can choose to download, save or print your plan.
