COVID Updates

Welcome to our COVID-19 resource hub it will provide you with links to relevant information to accessing the vaccine along with how we are maintaining and delivering our services in a constantly changing environment.

Access to NDSP Offices

As of 23 November 2021, all visitors to our Adelaide office, including staff, will need to provide evidence of their double vaccination to enter the building (MyGov COVID-19 digital certificate or similar on your mobile device). The wearing of masks during the visit will also be required. This position is in line with SA Health and the sector to protect the health and safety of our employees, clients and other visitors.

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we all navigate this next phase of our new normal.

Learn more about the COVID-19 vaccine

With so much information relating to the COVID-19 vaccination roll out, it is a very confusing time for all Australians.

Vaccination rates in Australians with a disability and NDIS participants are lagging behind the rest of the population.  With state and territory roadmaps dependent on the vaccination rate, we have created this resource hub of information to best help NDIS participants to access the vaccine.

To accommodate growing business demands, our Western Australian team will be moving to a new office from Monday the 15th of January.

This move won`t have any impact on our phone or email services, however, while we complete the set up of our new office, we unfortuately won`t be able to receive any in-person visitors in the short term. We`ll let you know here and in our monthly newsletter when we`re able to accept in person visits again.

International Day of People with Disability is held on 3 December each year.

It is a day to raise community awareness, understanding, and acceptance of the 4.4 million people with disability in Australia.

This year`s theme is ‘United in action to rescue and achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) for, with and by persons with disabilities` and aims to bring awareness about Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). These are 17 things countries want to work on by the year 2030 to make the world a better and fairer place for everyone. You can learn more about the theme on their website.
