Active Health Psychology - Ingham

Situated in the scenic Douglas area, Active Health Psychology supports children and adolescents to activate their mind and body connection by combining exercise and psychological interventions. ‘Active Counselling’ is an alternative to traditional face-to-face sessions and is aimed at young people who want to get out of the counselling room and experience exercise while gaining support. Active counselling sessions include various physical activities alongside traditional counselling techniques.
