Australian Carers are a registered Provider for Support Coordination and Core Supports. All staff have the required documentation to comply with the Quality and Safeguard expectation. We aim to make the referral process and setting up of services as quick, easy, and smooth as possible. On receipt of a referral, we will arrange an initial meeting to discuss the needs and wants of the service with the client and their team (if they would like).
