Alison Eyles is a registered counsellor using horses to develop your self-confidence, self-control and understanding your emotions. Horses help reduce anxiety and stress, allowing the client to open up in a safe space. Equine Therapy encourages an increase in self-esteem and confidence through interaction with the horses.
