Body Biomechanics is a private exercise physiology clinic that provides a safe and inclusive environment. Accredited Exercise Physiologists work closely with participants to develop specific interventions that will help them meet both short- and long-term goals. We can guide all appointments or design programs that participants can complete from their home or gym. We can also provide hydrotherapy-based exercise sessions at local pools.
