I offer counselling using the powerful tools of Breathwork and Body-Centred counselling to tap into the innate healing wisdom of your body. These experiences address mental health issues, support stronger relationships & create greater personal vitality and freedom. A session involves some talk therapy, followed by lying down and being guided to relax deeply and then breathe very fully. From the state this invokes, deep layers of experience can be accessed, expressed and resolved. The final stage is verbalising the experience for the purposes of integration and taking the new insights into daily life. I am registered with the Australian Breathwork Association.
