Connect Support Coordination Services are an independent, NDIS registered provider of Support Coordination and Specialist Support Coordination Services. We offer Support Coordination to all NDIS participants in rural remote Western Australia.
Our service is based in Karratha and at Connect Support Coordination Services you will find motivated and enthusiastic staff who live in the Pilbara region providing you access to a team of health, mental health and disability professionals and individuals with personal lived experience collaborating under one roof. We are rural and remote experts and understand the unique challenges of living in these areas and will work with you and your family to overcome these challenges. We are passionate about providing person centred care that reflects the individuality of you and your family, whilst supporting you to live your life the way you choose.
