We are a NDIS registered mobile personal training company, we can do in home sessions, local park or anywhere else you would like to go. We offer services such as boxing, weight training, bush walks, swimming, rock climbing, bike rides, etc, anything to do with fitness and being active. We offer our services to all ages, abilities and disabilities.
