Meridian Connection Tai Chi school provides a holistic approach to heal and strengthen your body, mind and spirit. As the founder of Meridian Connection Tai Chi, Fang is a three-time international Tai Chi champion and an accredited Tai Chi and Qi Gong practitioner.
Each Tai Chi session is carefully designed based on who you are and what your needs are, using various Tai Chi and Qi Gong methods, such as deep breathing, full body awareness training, gentle and continuous movements connecting with self and nature, sound and tapping exercise etc.
Fang’s Tai Chi and Qi Gong programs are easy to learn regardless your fitness level. Feedback from NDIS clients are shown the results are positive and immense, improving physical and mental health and overall wellbeing, with functional improvement, more relaxation, inner peace and ‘Feel Good’ after each session.
