West Tamar Physiotherapy takes a strengths-based, person-centred, holistic approach whereby the participant or their trusted decision maker (which may be a family member) or appointed advocate is primary to any decisions being made. This underpins all aspects of the Physiotherapy support we provide including assessment, intervention, and review. Our practice is guided by the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
