Favourite thing or moment working in NDSP: We have an inspiration board, where we keep track of our participant’s development over time. Our youngest participant is a 10 month old girl, and seeing her grow is my favourite thing about work
The most interesting thing you have learnt about working with people with disabilities or the NDIS? I find people with disability awe inspiring, because even though they’re often disadvantaged by their disability they never let it stop them from living a normal life. It’s rewarding being able to speak to them and work through their problems to find solutions.
