About WeFlex’n With Tommy:
Established in New South Wales, WeFlex is an NDIS-registered provider that supports people with disability in Australia with health and fitness services. Their services include: personal training and exercise-related activities; exercise physiology (coming soon); and dietitics (coming soon).
In this WeFlex’n with Tommy series, Tommy Trout (WeFlex Founder) will be curating and producing blog articles and video content exclusively for NDSP Plan Managers to help people with disability become fit, healthy and active.

WeFlex officially opened their head office and Innovation Lab on 27 February 2022, Saturday. The Innovation Lab will primarily be used as the main hub for the team’s co-design and content creation.
