At Connect2Care, we work as a multidisciplinary team to provide the best quality allied health therapeutic support to children and adults living with disabilities. We offer Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Psychology, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Social Work and dietetics. Our services are delivered predominately via a mobile service in the commmunity, in one of our clinic locations or via telehealth.
