Finding Yellow

Finding Yellow is a not for profit organisation who has delivered supports to people in the local government area of Cessnock for nearly 40 years. Originally known as Cessnock Hostel, we were started in the 1980s by local families, for the local community. Our name has changed and we have modernised, but our core values remain the same – people are at the heart of all we do. We work with people to enable them to live a meaningful life and realise their potential. As a registered NDIS provider, we help people maximise their NDIS plans and provide tailored supports designed to enable people to really thrive. Our services include supported independent living, coordination of support, community support, social activities and supported holidays.
