At MHDS, we recognise the importance of sharing the care and how better support for families and carers have significant long-term benefits for the whole community. MHDS has a diverse range of workers who come from different cultural backgrounds and age groups. We are based in Southwest Sydney. We provide the following services:

• Group/centre activities based in Southwest Sydney.
• Assistance with personal care.
• Assistance with Household task.
• Transporting (Accessible vehicles).
• Developing life skills, cooking, exercise ETC.
• Short Term Accommodation and Supported Independent Living based in South West Sydney.
