Wide Angle Film Festival – Not just for People with Disability

Love film? You’ll love this accessible festival of films that reflect the lived experience of people with disability. Wide Angle Film Festival or WAFF (formerly Access All Areas Film Festival) is created by The Bardic Studio.

WAFF supplies curations of award winning short films with fresh perspectives to organisations around Australia for screening to their community

In the true spirit of the festival, The Bardic Studio invite everyone to participate – not just people with disability – by way of hosting or attending a screening, submitting a film, donating time, expertise, resources or indeed donating funds so the initiative can continue to grow and meet its full potential.

There are plenty of existing opportunities to view the films with the list of screening locations including corporate offices like the Reserve Bank of Australia through to other events such as the Gold Coast Film Festival.

To find a screening location near you, register as a corporate office to screen the Festival or even find out more about entering, head to their website and get behind it.

Before you go, take a look at the trailer for the 2018 festival entries – they’re truly impressive:
