At BHSS we provide tailored supports to suit participants, living in their familiar environment.
We empower participants to live independently, to have choice and control in regards to their care.
We provide behaviour management, pyschosocial recovery coaching, activities of daily living. We involve family members in planning participants care. We are transparent and ensure our participants are referred to appropriate stakeholders for continuous care.
