Hello, I provide Art Therapy sessions for both individuals and groups. You do not need to have any art skills to benefit from Art Therapy. In fact, the less art skills you have, the better! Art Therapy can:

• Assist with gaining a new perspective on challenges you have been facing;
• Help regulate emotions;
• Relieve stress;
• Decrease depression & anxiety;
• Assist with identifying goals; and
