Your Next Steps
Now you’ve signed up for plan management with us there’s a few steps to make sure you get the most out of plan management.
1. Share Your Plan
If you haven’t already, please email a copy of your NDIS plan to us here. We need this to review each invoice we receive to ensure everything is being claimed correctly.
2. Notify your providers
Reach out to providers and let them know that NDSP is now your plan manager.
Ensure they know where to send their invoices for prompt processing.
3. Discover Nappa
Explore Nappa, our online portal, which provides real time access to your budget and simplifies the management of your NDIS plan. If you haven’t received your log in details, please contact us.
4. Consent to Share
To allow family members or support coordinators to discuss and access your information, please complete a Consent to Share form. This allows us to keep your information safe and secure.
5. Policies
Ensuring the safety and confidentiality of your information is our top priority. Take a moment to review our policies and understand how we maintain the security of your data.
