Personal Community Care offers personalised community nursing and general support to NDIS participants in the northern Sydney region. We were formed in 2023 by Dr Kim Cheng and Andrew Snow – two dedicated individuals in the northern beaches of Sydney with close personal connections with people with disabilities. Having seen first-hand the challenges with getting services, we decided there must be a better way.
