We take pride in our approach to external feedback, which in this instance has created a tangible change to NDSP Support Service hours.
Effective as of 28 April, we have extended our support services operating hours to cover more Western Australian enquiries. Participants and providers can now call through to our 1800 63 63 77 number in WA from 9AM – 5PM (AWST) to speak to our friendly support services team.
This also means that if you’re in other states you get the advantage of our extended hours by way of the NDSP head office being available from 8am in other states.
Further to our extended support service operating hours and in case you’re not aware, our service staff and operations work beyond phone calls. You have the ability to lodge an enquiry via the contact page here on our website, or if you’d like to monitor your Plan funds and its associated comings-and-goings you can login to NAPPA, our Participant Portal.
If NDSP are your Plan Manager and you’re yet to register for NAPPA we would love for you to do so and experience the power it gives you to see your Plan funds in detail. You can read more about NAPPA here, but in-short NAPPA gives you the ability to:
- Securely view your total NDIS funds
- Real time access to allocated Plan funds
- Real time access to remaining Plan funds
- See all your invoices in detail, with:
- Itemised support categories & specific supports from each category
- Up-to-the-minute copies of actual support invoices
- Where your funding has been distributed
